Hello, MEAD 2026 Attendees! We are very excited to see you this year at our 22nd Annual Mathematics Educator Appreciation Day. Below you will find directions to help you register for this year’s conference and sessions.
MEAD 2026 will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026
You will select EITHER an in-person or virtual ticket during registration and be limited to those types of sessions. Be aware of which ticket you choose!
The registration deadline is Friday, January 9th, 2026 - register before sessions fill up!

MEAD Conference Registration
The MEAD Conference will be hosted on the Sched conference platform. All in-person and virtual participants will need to create an account to access the conference agenda, make session selections, and access sessions. Please read the below directions and follow them carefully.
- Visit https://mead2026.sched.com/registration.
- Set up your account and profile by selecting either SIGN UP or LOG IN.
- Take note of your login details and password to maintain access to all conference materials.
- If you previously used Sched and need to reset your password, click here.
- Return to the REGISTRATION tab to review the ticket options and select your type of ticket (e.g., In-Person or Virtual). Only select ONE ticket.
- **NOTE: Your ticket selection of In-Person or Virtual will limit your session selection options accordingly.
- Conference Presenters should only select Presenter Registration (do not get multiple tickets).
- If you have a special code, please type it in to Promo Code to reveal your hidden ticket.
- After answering a few registration questions, click REGISTER.
- If you selected a paid ticket (e.g., Non-Arizona Educator), please follow the link to Eventbrite to submit your payment.
- After registering, click on BACK TO EVENT and select the SCHEDULE tab.
- Review and select the sessions you would like to attend.
- Select a session by clicking on the white circle next to the session title.
- You can filter by Type, Grade-band, Content Area, Time, and Virtual/In-Person to help identify the sessions you want to attend.
- Session capacity is limited to 30 participants in-person and 45 participants online. However, everyone is invited to attend the live-streamed keynote address which is pinned to your schedule. Stay tuned after the keynote to meet the winners of the Excellence and Resiliency in Mathematics Teaching Awards.
- Select MY SCHEDULE to view your schedule for MEAD! From there you can choose to print or email yourself a copy of your schedule. (It’s good to have a backup!)
- Click on your initials in the top right corner and select Privacy Settings. Be sure to turn on to Receive important event emails from organizers.
- Please add notifications@sched.com and math-crr@arizona.edu to your contacts so messages are not blocked.
- Check your Spam Folder and Google promotions tab just in case.
